As we age it is important that we develop our skills at fall prevention. Toward that end we have a guest speaker, May Funabiki, from Spectrum Community Services, who teaches these skills. May will provides us with the techniques she finds most effective. She will have a sheet of exercises to give us to remind us of how to do these vital exercises as we age.
