President
Allison is channeling her project management, marketing, technology, and startup experience gained through years in corporate roles and nine years as a SAHM—to reimagine what the Castro Valley Women's Club can be. Her vision: a vibrant gathering place where women of all ages, backgrounds, and identities forge meaningful connections, give back to the community, and grow together. A Smith College graduate with a BA in English, Allison now runs a service business helping older adults navigate the emotional and logistical challenges of downsizing and moving—work that's taught her the value of intergenerational connection and gracefully navigating transition.

Treasurer
After raising three children and 31 years working in network engineering and finance, Sandy retired from Pacific Bell and joined CVWC in 1999 to meet local women and give back to the community. That introduced her to the world of non-profits, where she brought her finance experience to bear serving on volunteer boards. When her husband passed away in 2017, she found her Club friends to be even more treasured. She is now enjoying her 7-year-old great granddaughter, delighting in the enthusiasm of the new Club members and looking forward to the new possibilities. Her interests include reading, travel, bridge and making new friends at the Ballena Bay Yacht Club.
