Our 1,000 square foot event hall, conveniently located on Redwood Road near Seven Hills Road in Castro Valley, is the perfect indoor gathering space when you want to make a good impression! With high vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams and lots of natural light, this space is inviting and comfortable for your group gathering. Features onsite parking (including accessible parking), a full kitchen, and excellent lighting both inside and out.

CVWC Rental InformationAvailability: 8 am - 8 pm
Maximum Capacity: 100 guests (meetings, theatre seating)
(75 guests with food set up is more comfortable)
Rental Rate: $100 per hour
Minimum: 2 hours
Includes tables and chairs
Additional Charges:$50 Kitchen Use - counter top and appliances
$50 Dishes, serving bowls, platters, flatware, etc.
$50 Podium, microphone, projector, Bluetooth speaker
Rental Insurance is required - Commercial General Liability policy in the amount of $100,000, naming the Castro Valley Women's Club, 18330 Redwood Road, Castro Valley, CA, 94546, as an additional insured.
