Join us for an afternoon matinee of the stage production "The Savannah Sipping Society" at Castro Valley's own Chanticleers Theater to benefit the Castro Valley Women's Club! We are renting the entire playhouse and turning it into a fun fundraising event with food, drinks, and possibly a meet and greet with the actors and director. We are just getting started with planning but want to get it on your calendars! Club members and those interested in the club are welcome to join. Proceeds benefit the Castro Valley Women's Club building fund. Tickets will go on sale later in December. The Savannah Sipping Society is a comedic play by Jamie Wooten, Jessie Jones, and Nicholas Hope about four middle-aged Southern women who form a bond over weekly happy hours to help each other navigate life changes, including career setbacks, widowhood, and divorce, finding renewed purpose and friendship along the way.
