Sip in your seat, mingle after the show, and make a new friend! Join the Castro Valley Women's Club for an afternoon matinee of the stage production "The Savannah Sipping Society" at Castro Valley's own Chanticleers Theater to benefit the Castro Valley Women's Club. We are renting the entire playhouse and turning it into a fun experience for our growing community. Price includes play ticket, hors d'oeuvres, one drink ticket, and a meet and greet/Q&A with the actors and director after the play. Additional drink tickets can be acquired through a suggested club donation of $5 each. Proceeds benefit the Castro Valley Women's Club building fund to beautify the clubhouse as a shared community space. The Savannah Sipping Society is a comedic play by Jamie Wooten, Jessie Jones, and Nicholas Hope about four middle-aged Southern women who form a bond over weekly happy hours to help each other navigate life changes, including career setbacks, widowhood, and divorce, finding renewed purpose and friendship along the way.
