Please join us for our monthly Midlife Women's Circle gathering. This month, we will learn an uplifting Dutch folklore dance called Hoida that can be done anytime, anywhere, any place, with anyone! No experience required. Just a body willing to move. Come ready to laugh, maybe feel a little silly, and remember what it feels like to just move because it feels good. We'll open with a brief circle, learn the dance, then settle in to talk about the bodies we live in now, what's shifting, what surprises us, what we're learning to appreciate instead of mourn.
