Let's challenge ourselves and explore the Palos Colorados Trail in Oakland's Jaoquin Miller Park together. The trailhead is about a 20 minute drive from the clubhouse off of Hwy 13 in Montclair. The majority of the walk is along a burbling creek under the shade of redwoods. Be prepared for loose gravel and steep inclines and declines.

Let's explore the beautiful Palos Colorados Trail in Oakland's Jaoquin Miller Park together. The trailhead is about a 20 minute drive from the clubhouse off of Hwy 13 in Montclair. Majority of the walk is along a burbling creek under the shade of redwoods. Be prepared for loose gravel and steep inclines and declines.
Optional: Lunch in Montclair after the hike.

Meeting Times and Locations:
- 9:30 at Clubhouse for carpool.
- 10:00 at the trailhead.

What to Bring: Water, hikng poles (these will be very helpful), trail shoes with good grip and sun protection.
