CV Collage Club is excited to partner with the Castro Valley Women’s Club for a relaxed, creative vision board gathering. We’ll begin with a very brief introduction to vision boarding, then most of the time will be open for collaging, chatting, and creating at your own pace. There’s no pressure to create something finished or meaningful, and sharing at the end will be completely optional. Come however feels right to you. Some people like to bring images, words, or quotes they’ve already collected. Others prefer to show up and work intuitively with whatever catches their eye that day. Both approaches are welcome — there’s no homework and no preparation required. What to bring - Scissors, markers, or any art supplies you enjoy - Magazines, images, photos, or paper to use or share. We will also have plenty on hand. - A snack or beverage to share Collage Club will have poster boards and glue sticks available. Please RSVP by Friday, January 23 so we can plan tables and supplies. We’re looking forward to a fun, easygoing afternoon of creativity and connection, and to welcoming both Collage Club members and Castro Valley Women’s Club members into a great shared space. Our gatherings are casual, welcoming, and low-pressure — no art experience required, no expectations to share, and no “right” way to create. Some people come to make art, some to socialize, and many do a bit of both. This event is designed to reflect that same spirit.
